  • This place is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could wish for and more.
  • They have an amazing inside and outside hot springs, 24 hour ice cream, and everything is beautiful.
  • There are lots of fun activities to do such as forest in a bottle where you make a miniature plant display.
  • The first floor of our maisonette was divided into different zones for luggage, toilet, dining, relaxing and sleeping.
  • The zen / minimalistic design gave off relaxing vibes and one felt that one could curl up on the day bed with a book and look out of the floor-to-ceiling windows all day long.
  • The second floor consisted of an open-plan bathroom with two wash basins, a shower and an outdoor hot spring. 
  • Stayed at Room 205 where the view was disappointing. The grass outside the window wall was dying and desperately needed landscaping. Thinking about the price paid and looking at the grass was infuriating!
  • No shuttle bus, and no pocket with the in-house clothes for inconvenient
